SEEMF covers costs only according to the conference agenda in the conference hotel.
Travel and accommodation costs / all hotel costs are NOT covered by SEEMO / SEEMF.
Additional lunch or dinner or any other service or additional costs, including local transfer, airport transfer etc., have to be covered by the participants and are not covered by SEEMF.
SEEMO / SEEMF does not cover travel / transfer costs to / from the airport / bus station / railway station or parking fee or any additional local cost in the departure and in the arrival place. SEEMO / SEEMF does not cover local taxi or bus fee.
SEEMO/ SEEMF does not cover any health insurance or other insurance. Medical or other extra services have to be paid by participants.
You are responsible for all travel costs. If you are travelling to SEEMF pleace organise a private (not covered by SEEMO / SEEMF) travel insurance + flight cancellation insurance, that covers: Medical services abroad, return transport, travel luggage, search and rescue, travel personal liability, trip cancellation and trip interruption.
Participation is possible only if we confirm your registration and participation with an email.

Please note that with this form you agree that your personal data will be saved in the SEEMO database up to 30 days after the end of the conference. We are deleting your data automatically 30 days after the end of a conference, we will only keep your email address for future contact and invitations to our events. You have the right to have personal data erased any time, in that case please contact SEEMO. Part of the information (name, surname, media company, position, city, country, public phone, public email) will be used by SEEMF partners KAS and CEI.
