The third SEEMF is scheduled to take place from 4-6 November 2009 in Tirana, Albania. Some 250 media professionals are expected to take part. A welcome reception will be organised in cooperation with Raiffeisen Bank Albania, a subsidiary of Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG (part of the RZB Group). The SEEMF will also present the WAZ-IFJ (International Federation of Journalists) annual Courage Award.
