If you need, please organize a visa for Albania + for all transit countries.

SEEMO / SEEMF covers costs only according to the conference agenda and only organised by SEEMO / SEEMF.

Travel and accommodation costs / all hotel costs are NOT covered by SEEMO / SEEMF.

Additional lunch or dinner or any other service or additional costs, including local transfer, airport transfer etc., have to be covered by the participants.

SEEMO / SEEMF does not cover travel / transfer costs to / from the airport / bus station / railway station or parking fee or any additional local cost in the departure and in the arrival place. SEEMO / SEEMF does not cover local taxi or bus fee.

SEEMO/ SEEMF does not cover any health insurance or other insurance. Medical or other extra services have to be paid by participants.

You are responsible for all travel costs. If you are travelling to SEEMF pleace organise a private (not covered by SEEMO / SEEMF) travel insurance + flight cancellation insurance, that covers: Medical services abroad, return transport, travel luggage, search and rescue, travel personal liability, trip cancellation and trip interruption.

Participation is possible only if we confirm your registration and participation with an email.

Participation is free of charge. If a participant cancels less than one week before the event starts cancellation fee will be 90 EUR. The registered participant has the option of naming a substitute for her / his place or to deliver a written Sick Leave Letter and not to pay the cancellation fee.
